Freshman Ineligbility Proposal – Daryoush Ashtary

The Big Ten Conference is considering a change to its eligibility program. Under the new terms, freshmen football and basketball athletes would not be allowed to compete as they adjust to college life. The goal is to boost graduation rates and revenue but some think it will discourage top talent.
